This carbide tipped router bit is specifically designed and manufactured for the high quality demanded by woodworking industrial applications. The cutting edges of this router bit are made from high industrial grade micrograin carbide tips brazed onto a heat-treated carbon steel body thus leading to exceptional hardness and rigidity. This Box Joint cutter consists of 5 3-wing 5/32" slotting cutters (tool# 4106), 1 bearing, 1 1/2"-shank arbor, 1 nut and shims. It will cut stock from ?" through 1-5/8", with ?" deep cut. For material over 1-5/8", two pass cut will accomplish joints up to 3".
